Why get an orthopedic mat?
MUFFIK orthopedic mats bring healthy barefoot walking to children's rooms, playrooms, and schools, but also to the offices of pediatricians, podiatrists, and physiotherapists, who recommend it to their patients thanks to its excellent results.Already, the first contact of the foot with the mat forms your child's arch. This will affect their entire physiological development. The variety of surfaces on which they walk is most important for forming the arch and developing correct walking.
The various surfaces of different hardnesses of MUFFIK mats build and strengthen the foot arch, which is the cornerstone of the entire body.
Balancing mat types strengthen and rehabilitate collapsed ankles and knees and strengthen the entire muscle tone of the lower limbs.
The uneven surface is full of natural obstacles, and balancing types of MUFFIK mats strengthen the abdominal muscles, spine, and back muscles for correct posture.
There are a large number of points on the foot that correspond to different organs and parts of the body. By stimulating them, we can improve the metabolism, internal organs, and digestion and eliminate fatigue or insomnia.

We are a family business
Our little ones were the main motivation behind the creation of the orthopedic mats. As athletes in body and soul and new parents, we decidedin 2016 to start a sports and movement school for children aged two. Over time, we began to notice certain imbalances in the movement of the little ones. Knock knees and ankles, W sitting, collapsed arches, and flat feet result in a weak core, diastasis (abdominal spacing), poor movement patterns, and posture. So we asked ourselves: "What could we do about it?" From fellow podiatrists and physiotherapists came a clear answer. Children have a lack of stimulus from their first steps.
